You can practice with Kata online two times per week. If you live in Switzerland, around Basel you can also practice with her in person.
My physiotherapist recommended Katalin to me. I had sciatica on my right leg and it was very painful. Thanks to Katalin and her targeted yoga exercises, I was able to better manage my pain and relax the sciatic nerve. Katalin is a beautiful person and I love the way she teaches. Unfortunately she left Romandie and we don't see each other much. But I still follow his online lessons with great pleasure.
